Brought to you by Camden Vision, a collective of experienced residential, commercial and cultural enablers with a track record of delivering transformational projects, united by a shared passion for Camden Town.
In 2024, we acquired the site at 180 Arlington Road, and our vision is to breathe new life into this underused space, respond to local need and build on the area’s longstanding reputation as a creative hub.
Camden Town Xchange will:
Deliver approximately 50 high-quality affordable homes for local residents and families
Provide approximately 250 new high-quality student homes, helping to relieve the private rental market and create more opportunities for young people to live and study in Camden
Celebrate and retain the historic frontage on Parkway, blending both original and new elements
Encourage more pedestrian activity and provide lively and welcoming street fronts, to help improve local safety and contribute to a shared ambition to tackle disruptive behaviour across the area

Following our consultation on the early designs in June 2025, we are now ready to present our updated designs and how they have evolved in response to the feedback we have received to date.
