Planning Application

A planning application was submitted to Camden Council in September 2025, setting out proposals for the redevelopment of Camden Town Xchange at 180 Arlington Road.

The proposals will help deliver real benefits for Camden:

48 much-needed affordable homes for Camden residents, making up over 40% of the residential component

244 new student bedrooms, contributing to housing targets by easing pressure on the private rental market

A new cultural venue, shaped by community input which will celebrate Camden’s creative heritage

Historic Parkway façade will be restored alongside vibrant new frontages contributing to a safer and more active street environment

Dynamic designs will revitalise and reconnect the site with the centre of Camden Town

We look forward to continuing to work alongside Camden and the local community as we bring forward the redevelopment of this landmark site. We are committed to starting the development as soon as possible to reverse the rise in vacant buildings and help address the area’s existing antisocial behaviour issues, whilst driving Camden Town’s wider regeneration.
